DEG Heat exchangers

The DEG heat exchangers offer the user an optimized technologie for heating, cooling, condensing, vaporizing and evaporating. They are very compact with a high heating surface per exchanger volume and low pressure drops.

The systems are double-wall high efficient for the heat transfer between gaseous and/or liquid media. The panel elements are spot-welded and manufactured by an hydraulic cold forming process with excellent heat transfer due to the turbulence inside of the elliptical channels.

We adapt the DEH heat exchanfers even to the most stringent situations of spatial conditions due to a flexible thermal and hydraulic design. They have a low tendency to fouling and their design ist adapted to the specific equipments and process requirements.
